Feijoa muffins

I  made feijoas muffins for chapter challenge. The hardest part was measuring the amount. The easiest part was eating them. it took ages to scoop out all the feijoas think the nurses and doctors would really like then.

    These look great Max - it does take ages to scoop out the insides of all the feijoas - I have had to do that myself!
