Whetu challenge kite day

On Friday it was kite day. The materials that I used was bamboo, silage wrap, tape, string and a bread bag  for the tail. I worked by myself but I work beside Ryan and we did the same design. if I was to change one thing I would make the bamboo the evenly waited. The thing that worked well was making the kite but it didn't fly.

Play make create

Be you

I created a eel and rod out of cardboard, paper, clips. Bamboo and string.
The thing that worked well was finding a stick of bamboo and making the eel.
I would probably change to paint the road and the eel.

NumBots & TTRockstars Blog Post

 Term 2, Week 1 2021

During Term 1 we have been practising our addition and subtraction knowledge through the online programme called NumBots.  At the start it was super easy but progressively got more challenging.

I am now at the level Steel on NumBots.

I enjoy NumBots because I am getting fast and erring more stars.

What I find challenging is that the level are getting harder as I moving on.

This week we have started TTRockstars a again. This is an online programme which helps us to learn our timetables.

I think that TTRockstars is a go for getting better at my times tables.

Duck jet boat play make create

Ryan and I made a funky looking duck jet boat, The book that it was based off was up the creek. the materials that we used was cardboard, kebab stick, ice block sticks, hot glue. The thing that worked well was the ice block sticks on the bottom of the boat. If we were to change something about our boat it would be the wheels because we need to put them further down.
