Birthday cake

This week for Chapter Challenge I made a cake with a turtle made out of icing and the grass is coconut that I turn green with some food coloring. The hardest part was doing the turtle because the icing kept sticking to the plate and it was really hard to shape. The easiest part was making the chocolate icing. I can't wait until morning tea!!!

ANZAC wreath

 Oscar Greta and I made a wreath. We made it out of an Egg Carton. First, we cut a circle out of the egg cartons and then we cut four slits. Then we painted them red. But with the black was a whiteboard marker. It looks really cool. The best part was when it was finished. The hardest part was painting the outside of the egg carton.

ANZAC biscuits

Oscar and I made Anzac biscuits the instructions were easy to follow and the biscuits tasted good.

Zentagled hand.

This is my hand I have zentangled. it was hard tracing around my hand and trying to make the lines straight and the easiest part was doing the big spiral in the middle of the hand, it was fun

Lockdown reflection

1. What have been some positives about being in lockdown?
That I could chat with Ryan on Zoom.

2. What have been some challenges about being in lockdown?
Not being able to see my friends.

3. What do you miss the most while in lockdown?
Not going down to the drain.

4. What has been your favorite moment in lockdown?
When I zoom Ryan.

Paper plane challenge

This week's chapter challenge I measured how far paper planes go. So I made three paper planes and I threw them outside. The first paper plane went 5.08 m, the second plane I threw went 7.56 m and the third paper plane I threw went 2.61 m. I really enjoyed doing that task.

Turtle enclosure

I made this turtle enclosure with some natural stuff and two containers. 1 to hold the water and the other one for the turtle shelter. There is a little hole for the turtle to get in and out. It was fun.

Gumboot stand

 my dad and I made some gumboots stand. out of the old wooden railings from the school Jim

for chapter challenge this week I drew a turtle and it is sitting on the rock. the part I found the most challenging was when I had to color in all the Circles because it took a while.
